These are the trading terms of Metal Share Recycling.

Prices

Prices quoted on the phone are based on the information you provide. Final price is confirmed on collection once the load is seen.

Payment

Payment is made on collection, by bank transfer or preferred method, whichever suits you.

Title to goods

By offering scrap for collection, you confirm that you are the legal owner or authorised to dispose of the material. We reserve the right to decline any load.

End-of-life vehicles

For scrap vehicles, we handle DVLA notification and issue a Certificate of Destruction via our Approved Treatment Facility partner [ATF PARTNER NAME] where the vehicle is a complete end-of-life case. The V5C logbook, where available, should be provided on collection.

Liability

We carry public liability insurance for on-site collections. We take care to leave premises as we found them.
